Kulpreet Nijhawan is the Managing Partner of Green Gate Real Estate and a seasoned real estate and investment professional with over two decades of experience spanning retail banking, financial strategy, and Dubai’s dynamic real estate ecosystem. Backed by a Master’s degree in Business and a Diploma in Business Administration, she brings strategic vision, financial discipline, and governance-led leadership to the organization.
Her expertise encompasses investment consulting, financial and business advisory, and mortgage guidance, serving both international and UAE-based clients. With a strong foundation in banking, Kulpreet approaches real estate as a structured wealth-creation strategy rather than a transactional process.
As Managing Partner, Kulpreet leads cross-functional teams and works closely with Dubai’s top developers, overseeing project evaluations, developer partnerships, and long-term investment positioning. She holds extensive knowledge of Dubai’s economic and urban development frameworks, including the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the Dubai Urban Master Plan 2040 (D40), enabling the firm to align its strategies with government-led growth initiatives and future-focused urban planning.
She plays a central role in organizational leadership, managing teams while overseeing audits, KYC, compliance governance, and CRM-driven client and lead management systems.
